Every piece is made to order specifically for you. Your selected gold purity, gold colour, diamond option and, for rings, ring size are taken into account when your piece is prepared. As each piece is individually made, production time may vary.

Payments are processed securely through our online checkout. Your order details and selected jewelry configuration are recorded with your purchase, and you will receive an order confirmation after successful payment.

Your jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive Track & Trace information so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Where applicable, your diamond is supplied with its corresponding diamond certificate. The certificate is provided together with your jewelry and contains the grading information for the certified diamond, such as carat weight, colour, clarity and other characteristics.
